Red Star Amaryllis
In the winter of 2001 I became fascinated with the beautiful varieties of Amaryllis. This is the first of several quilts based on the flowers I grew. Background is a discharged cotton arashi shibori fabric created by the artist. The flower is disperse dyed polyester.
