A proud peacock shows off his beautiful feathers and colors. Heavily embroidered using free-motion stitching, then trapunto treatment of the body and head, then additonal free-motion quilting enhance the natural colors and textures of this beautiful bird. Disperse dyed polyester, several layers of wool batting, free-motion machine embroiderey and quilting. Black cotton backing and similar colors in the bobbin enhance the back imagery as well.
