Cutting Corners
One of my Illustrated Saying Series, this piece was inspired by the saying "cutting corners", which I chose to take literally. Hand dyed cottons (by the artist) and disperse dyed polyester. Machine pieced and extensive free-motion machine quilting. "Cutting Corners" is quilted over the purple background strips.
