An Apple a Day
October is the month when Apples are abundant in Connecticut. I was able to gather 12 varieties in one supermarket. The large selection in the market and the selection of my quilt "A Loaf of Bread, a Jug of Wine, and You" about the same time by American Quilter's Society for their 2003 calendar came together in my mind and I thought of this quilt idea.
